Return & Refund Policy

We accept CANCELLATIONS only if the cancellation request is received on our email: info@tastebuddiesbymadhu.com , within one hour of placing the order.

We accept RETURNS only under the following circumstances:

If the product received is different than what you had ordered

Email us at info@tastebuddiesbymadhu.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, so that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)

If the product received is damaged

Email us at info@tastebuddiesbymadhu.com within 4 hours of receiving the product. (To be eligible for a return, attach a photo proof)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it is applicable for a refund, then your REFUND will be processed within 15 days.**
